Mum ain't feeling well today so we couldn't go out for a shopping spree today...well,i gotta postpone it to next week...
Today was pretty amusing(to me,i mean)...haha..nvm,shan't type why.Anyway,Geok Lian went through 1 Thessalonians with us.I was pretty screwed up.Here's why.You see,I was sitting near the back.As everyone knows,when you sit at the back it's hard to pay attention.Then Geok Lian ask me a question and i didnt know how to answer.Sheesh,why do i always get questions that I can't answer?I was like,"wait wait,lemme think first"...actually i didnt even know what the question was.Neither did Leroy,Sher and Yiting.
That nevermind....not so bad...then Geok Lian wanted me to read one of the passages and I read the wrong one.You see,at the right hand side of the bible it states "1 Thessalonians" but the whole chunk there belongs to Colossians and i read the part from Colossians.I only read like 5 words and Geok Lian was "erm..jane,i think you're reading the wrong passage" then i was still like "correct what...chapter 4 right?" then Leroy was like "i think we've both been looking at the wrong book all along" oops,hahah...no wonder i didnt know what was going on...and Sher and Yiting also looked at the wrong text because of the label on the top right of the bible...Haha...dunno why i was so blur today...
Oh yeah,and Jerald Foo just had to be annoying and blurted out the X-men movie spoiler.That is which X-men died.We were all asking him to shut up.I hope he's lying...nope,i'm not posting it here...coz it's a HUGE movie spoiler...
After that session,Louis,Dustin,Christopher,Tan Whenn,Paul,Elaine and I went for breakfast.It was the first time i went to that coffee shop.The prata was not bad...but they gave too little curry..haha,Louis just recovered from his illness.He told me last night he was "quarantined" for 72 hrs...he said he had sore throat but he sounded alright...so he was deprived of cold drinks and had to drink teh-o...and elaine was saying that he was drinking an ah-pek drink..hahah...we were talking about the world cup and louis was suggesting that we should all get together at some kopi tiam and watch the matches and drink beer or teh-o...perhaps,he could do that alone lah....lol...then Paul and Elaine started "arguing" over...actually i dunno where the 'argument' started but it lasted for quite a while and Elaine was like gripping her glass and banging it...wah..luckily it didnt break man...lol...Paul also told us some chinese jokes...wah...damn lame....
Louis,Dustin and I didnt go for CS today...we followed the rest to the LS...for a change.The speaker was quite good.He was funny too.He's call Rico tice or something.HAha,what a cute name...LOL...After service,I went lunch with paul,dustin,christopher,joshua and jeremy.louis didnt come along coz he was going out and aveil was going lunch with his family as usual.so we went to the turtle soup shop..i didn't know they sold rice with veggie and egg and soup...it was not bad...only 2.50 buck..and quite feeling.the guys were all talking about computer games and being the only girl there,i was like totally lost.i just kept quiet and soak everything in.i can't never understand all these gaming stuff unless i get hooked on it all over again.i gave up all these video games,computer games,whatever else many many yrs ago so all those new games are quite alien to me.yeah,i know what's cs,dota,warcraft and all that but dunno what the game's about.many many yrs back,i used to play streetfighter and i stopped just because i lost to someone...haha..how dumb was that?actually cannot quite blame me coz i used to be unbeatable until some dude at the arcade beat me and that sorta shattered my ego....haha...
back to where i was....after paying we all left...josh,chris and jeremy went the other way while dustin,paul and i headed for the bus-stop....both dustin and paul's buses came before mine and so i was left stranded at the bus stop....hmmph...luckily the 62 didnt take THAT long to come or i'll really start cursing..nah...maybe not it's just that i dont like waiting so long for the bus...i once had to wait like half an hour for the bus...wah,i nearly went nuts man...
well,i totally wasted the day away...when i got home,i just felt so lazy and didnt feel like reading chinese at all..at church today,cheryl and porkchop were mugging away and i was like oh man..while aveil seemed pretty relaxed...aiya..he's a chinese pro anyway...sure can make it for Chinese Os tomorrow...
UGH chinese Os are like tomorrow...shit...i really hope i can get at least a b3...i dont wanna re-take...God save my soul...
