If you see me typing here it can only mean one thing...that the Os are officially O-V-E-R!!!I'm soooooo happy!!I can't believe it's actually over.It's so surreal seriously.Anyway,let me give you a paper by paper review and tell you about some stupid things i did.Pls bear with me.
Physics practical:
*sigh*That's all I'm gonna say to that so I'll leave you to your imagination.The graph was supposed to be a curve and I drew a straight line.I had actually CONSIDERED drawing a curve but I stupidly chose to draw a straight line.There goes my A.I bid thou adieu my fair A.
Chemistry practical:
It was quite alright.I was bloody glad that the normal titration came out instead of the Speed of Reaction one.I was praying real hard for that and the QA part was relatively easy.Good thing I didn't break anything.In this year alone,I've broken a glass block,a converging lens,a boiling tube and 3 test-tubes.Beat that.
Literature Paper 1:
The Lit paper was quite alright.I did the essay question instead of the passage based coz it was similar to the one I had for prelims so I kinda regurgitated what I wrote for prelims.I did the prose question for Unseen.It was rather simple but I kinda screwed the last question up.No time to finish.Hopefully the essay would pull me up.I need my A for Lit.
Maths paper 1:
It was much easier than expected.I laughed when I saw the first question.But I made some stupid mistakes.Wth man.
Social Studies:
All the topics I spotted came out.Merger,Northern Ireland and Education & British Welfare state.I wasted like 5 stupid minutes debating which to do coz I knew all of them.But in the end I chose merger coz I was most prepared for that.But the source-based..basically just crap my way through..sensible crap to be exact.I hate SBQ.They should do away with it coz it always pull my marks down.Like for prelims I had only 14/25 for SBQ.Thank goodness my SEQ had 20/25 otherwise I wouldn't have had my A for Combined Humanities.7
English Paper 1 and 2:
The compo topics were surprisingly easy.But the compre..argh..my summary was under word count.Hope it won't screw up the rest of the subject.I hate summary.It always affect my marks.
Human Geography:
It was alright.It wasn't like easy but it was manageable.Whether I screwed up or not,I don't really know.Hope I do well.
Maths Paper 2:
It was kinda easy too.I finished it in about 2 hrs and I had 30 mins to check,look around and daydream.Hmm...but I think I left out 2 or 3 parts.Didn't know how to do and too lazy and tired to squeeze out my brain juices.heh heh.
Literature Paper 2:
Lit paper 2 is on Twelfth Night.Thank goodness I studied the roles of Feste coz it came out.But actually,I didn't remember what I had studied so on the spot,I just had to come out with some stuff to write a 3 page essay.
A Maths Paper 1:
It was easier than I thought.I had like 40 minutes to daydream.Of course,I check my work for careless mistakes.I have a tendency to make really stupid errors.
Physics:
Physics was quite manageable..easier than prelims but I still screwed up a little coz I didn't really study.But thank goodness something prompted me to open the damn textbook and memorise the definition of critical angle.Hopefully I can still pass this.
A Maths Paper 2:
It started at 9am instead of 8am because of the George Bush visit thing so some roads were blocked.It's funny how one fella can affect so many people.Even the A levels were affected.Back to the paper.Wah biang.Now my hopes of getting A1 is kinda shaken coz this paper was harder than the first.Usually I can do 10 questions in an hour but after 1 hour I was still stuck at question 7.I think I lost more than 10 over marks in this stupid paper.Argh!Shoots.
Chemistry:
It was manageable,considering the fact that I didn't quite study for it.But I thought the MCQ paper was easier than paper 2.Paper 2 had a few weird questions.The first question was something about defining element and compound.I was like oh shoots,I didn't memorise that so I spend 5-isn minutes trying to crack my head to recall roughly what I had memorised for my streaming exams 2 years back.Oh let me let you in on one stupid thing I did.For the last question,the empirical formulae for nitrogen oxide was supposed to be NO2.Guess what?I actually got the answer.But I stupidly went to change it to N2O coz I thought NO2 was wrong.Then I changed it back to NO2 again.But later I changed it to N2O again.And by the time i realised that it was NO2,time was up.ARGH!!!!Seriously,how stupid can a person get.I should've just left the answer as it is before.Amos was right.We can really do absolutely stupid things..during O LEVELS somemore(-.-)
But overall,I must say that the whole Os was alright.I'm glad it's all over now.Oh and there was this rumour going around that Ms F likes the CPE.So dumb.Some people have nothing better to do then to observe such stuff.Oh and there was this invigilator who was quite cute.Hahaha.But that's beside the point.Anyway,I can't wait for tomorrow.I'm gonna be hanging out with the clique!!!We haven't gone out in ages.We're gonna catch Step Up in the morning and then hop to several places to shop.hahah!Well,I shall end here.I'm gonna go watch my Full metal alchemist on youtube.
